Autobiography: Year 2
Hi, I'm Brooke Thompson and I live in Bland, Missouri and I go to Belle High School. I have a mother named Brenda and a father named Rodney. My mom works for the state and my father sells insurance at Farm Bureau in Gasconade County and has his own used car lot in Bland. I aslo have a brother who is a respiratory therapist at Capitol Region Medical Center in Jefferson City. I also have had a boyfriend for about 2 years. :) In addition to my family i have some pets, they include two dogs and two cats. I am seventeen years old and my birthday is August 10th. I drive a black 2005 chevy Malibu and hopefully. My favorite color is pink. I cheer for the High School and this year will be my sixth year as a cheerleader. Cheerleading is my favorite sport and the most important thing right now. It can be stressful but i have made many memories. I also have a job in Owensville, Missouri. I am a waitress at Walters Family Dining and this Feburary will be my third year there. I like to do many things for fun, for example i like to swim, walk, and be with my friends who are a big part of who I am! My friends have made me the person I am today and I thank God they are in my life. I'm a pretty laid back person, but pretty loud too. I like to have fun, but sometimes I am serious also. The reason i wanted to be a Cadet teacher is to learn new things, I'm not around kids very often and this experience so far has been fun. It is only the first week, but I am getting to know the kids and they all have some fun personalities. Some expectations I expect to see are good listening skills, learning skills, and i expect the kids to follow the rules. The expectations of a good teacher is to understand, help, and teach the kids good lessons. Ms. Weirich is a very good teacher, and does everything I expect a good teacher to do. I have known Ms. Weirich for a while and I am blessed to cadet teach in her classroom. She understands the kids very well. I learn best when I am being verbally taught, I tend to remember words a lot better than reading them. For example, learning bones, I learned so much better hearing them, then memorizing. I have many goals in life, but the main one is to succeed in life. I want to have a good job when I grow up and go to a great college. Some long term goals include a family, husband, and a very good job to support my family with and to get a great education, and so far i think im on the right track. To accomplish these goals of mine, I will study hard for every class of mine, try my hardest to get the best grades I possibly can, and have the goal of going to a great college of my choice. I can do everything i want in life if I put my mind to it. As college is coming around the corner, i know it is time to get serious. I plan to go to ECC for my first two years to use up my A+, after those two years i plan to transfer to Lincoln University in Jefferson City and getting my degree in Education. :)

Great job on the autobiography and way to get it done before it's due. I will be grading it with a rubric and will return it to as soon as possible. Thanks!
